Designed for use with rigid litter stretchers, the Ferno Mule Litter Wheel with Two Handles assists with transporting casualties and patients across rough or uneven terrain. As this is a litter wheel with two handles, it makes it easier for two rescuers to manoeuvre, while also allowing the mule to support itself when the handles are folded down.

How Secure Is the Litter Wheel?
The Ferno Litter Wheel features a fast ratchet tie-down system. This locks the litter into place, preventing the stretcher from moving away from the wheel while in transit.
